The location is residential, close enough to a residential, quiet area, the restaurant, and the airport & city center. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet principally residential area, close to the airport. They are ready to help you call a taxi if needed. The rooms are very modern and clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. The housekeeping staff is especially friendly, going above and beyond to clean up messes. The hotel provides complimentary bottles of water for each guest and has outdoor space with a play area for children.

The hotel's internet connection is severely lacking, with weak signals and frequent outages.

The hotel was delightful and spotless, brand-new and modern rooms. We walked everywhere, the location was great, to lake atitlan. We stopped by Cafe Despierto for coffee and treats, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

We had a junior suite with comfortable bed and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

During our recent stay at Adriatika Hotel & Residence, we were impressed by the modernity and amenities of the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a kitchen with a stove and microwave was a convenient feature. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer on the second night, as it made our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location in a relatively quiet neighborhood was also a plus. we could imagine living comfortably in this hotel for an extended period of time.

The rooms are spacious suites with a kitchenette and a living room. Daily maid service includes dish cleaning and towel disinfection. The staff is helpful, and there are English speakers at the front desk. The location is convenient and quiet.

We think it's a comfortable base for staying in Guatemala City...
